RETURNS + REFUNDS
There are no refunds on custom garments - the process is much different and custom for the wearer, no one else! If you wish to return your order you can do so within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Please ensure to obtain ‘proof of postage'. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach Hallie Nicole.

Your money will be refunded if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 7 days.
To make a return or exchange, we need to receive the goods back to our office in their original condition – so, please ensure all goods are packaged securely.
We are not able to accept any returns on any products that have been worn and are not in their ‘original’ condition.
